- Refuse service to anyone who, in our judgment, may endanger themselves or others.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on lapequa.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Lapequa or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Lapequa and is protected by international copyright laws.

5. Liability Limitations

6. Payment and Cancellation

- A deposit is required to secure your place on an expedition.
- Full payment is typically required 30-60 days before the expedition start date.
- Cancellations made within a specified period before the expedition may result in partial or no refund.
- We strongly recommend purchasing appropriate travel insurance.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved as follows:
- Parties will attempt to resolve any disputes through good-faith negotiation.
